NOTA offers natural diamond and synthetic monocrystalline diamond dies.
Monocrystalline diamond dies with the most commonly used to:
– Wires, which require high quality final surface
– Nonferrous metals (copper, brass, aluminum) wires
– Precious metal (gold, platinum, rhodium, silver) wire
– hard to ductile metal (tungsten, molybdenum) wire
– Stainless steel and steel (303, 304, 316) wire
– Nickel and carbon steel wires
Mostly monocrystalline diamond dies are used as stabilizing the quality of the final surface wire. The exception is spring wires, which, given the enormous importance of notches, and any discontinuity face wire dies are used to the maximum extent. Monocrystalline diamond dies with a large ratio of thermal conductivity and are perfect for hauling hot tungsten.
