PLATES PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) are extremely resistant to wear, even in high speed cutting. Tools of the polycrystalline diamond (PCD) combine hardness, abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond with carbide sintered ductility.

They are designed for machining non-ferrous metals and alloys, for example:

  1. Aluminum,
  2. Copper,
  3. Brass,
  4. Bronze

They can also be applied to other materials, for example:

  1. Tungsten carbide, sintered,
  2. Graphite,
  3. Ceramics,
  4. Reinforced plastics
